We were recently contacted by the owners of this beautiful adobe home in Green Stone Country. As you can see from the before pictures, this roof really needed to be replaced. The owners had contacted several other roofing companies in the area who all chose not to bid on their project.
There were a lot of strange detail areas, for example, doors, an area our crew referred to as the “watch tower”, several skylights, and roof drains that did not line up with the roof deck.
The existing roof came off in pieces, it looked like a foam pit.
The existing roof deck needed to be rebuilt to bring it flush with the roof drains so water could properly drain rather than pooling on the roof surface as it had previously.
We installed a new GAF 60 Mil TPO roofing system and the completed project turned out amazing!
