OMG! The superb team at Mountain Roofing Systems did a superb job of a new roof installation, gutters, dry rot, and gutter guards almost a year ago. I've returned to give an outstanding review that they more than deserve from the office personnel to the field team to Sean!
Every person we encountered was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. It was obvious their primary goal was to excel in customer service. And that they did!
To sum up how pleased we are, we would have selected Mountain Roofing Systems over and over again. We wouldn't have changed our minds not even for a second.
They performed the work when promised and as promised. They were quick, efficient, and made an effort to lessen the noise from the project to the best of their ability. Needless to say, they were very conscientious and left the property immaculate upon completion.

In the winter of 2021, after just recovering from the Caldor fire evacuations, our newly purchased home experienced a partial roof truss collapse due to the weight of ice and snow.

As a result, there was an insurance claim filed and an estimate for repairs provided by the Carrier. In order to do our due diligence, we received estimates from many local and regional roofers who were interested in the work.

After whittling it down to 3 companies (Mountain, American Eagle and Nail It!), we decided to go with Mountain - because they were local and they had the Owens-Corning system and color that we wanted for the new truss system.

We were very impressed with Sean and Melissa - at how attentive to detail they were to all of our questions and technical needs, as well as the communication about demolition dates, roof loading dates and installation.

Due to the fact that we had to coordinate with the general contractor on rolling the new trusses, installing sheathing and County inspections - all before they loaded the roof in preparation for the installation , my phone calls and text messages with Sean and the office staff were constant.

But they answered all of the questions, worked with our availability and readiness dates and were very understanding about the whole situation.

Above all, what stands out to me is the integrity of Sean and his staff when something went awry and something was inadvertently damaged in the course of demolition. He (Sean) immediately responded with care and concern and didn't make excuses for the error. Instead, he corrected the matter and we moved on with the project.

Most other companies would make excuses and/or try to avoid the responsibility - which shows lack of character and integrity. Not Mountain Roofing Systems. They are rock stars and I'm so happy that we chose their product and crews to complete the work on the house.

Did a fine job on my roof, just don't pay before the job is done, my bad I suppose. All the detail work incomplete and I have to do it myself lest I leave the untreated wood exposed. After 5 interactions and being told the job would be complete, it still isn't a year later and I'm doing it myself. Major PITA.

My house is a geodesic dome structure requiring great skill and expertise to roof properly. I also had skylights replaced. There were four major leaks in different locations. I am dry and warm now through several major storms in the past two years.

Second time using them. I had an entire roof replacement on a previous house that was great so I called Mt Roofing to get a quote on wind damage to tiles on roof and skylight leak. Took a while to get the new skylights but the supply chain is effecting us all. They had a very competent crew and the work was done right. They even replaced a dozen extra tiles not on the original bid. Great job. I highly recommend.

Last year, 2021, they came up with wise idea to reroof a problem area, no more leaks! And, installed a beautiful new copper colored metal roof on my park trailer. Attention to detail and quality work.

This year I had them install new gutters, the old ones were a mess. They installed so I wouldn't have to maintain these new ones, team always works with me, showing the next step, another excellent job.
They made gutters on site, and always clean up all work debris.

Customer service is excellent, they stand by their work, and will respond and fix any problems after install.
I can't speak to price, no other bids, but I'm so happy with quality of work, attention to detail, and team of hard working installers.

All businesses should be run like this! From start to finish, Mountain Roofing was professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Their price was reasonable (the best, actually) and they finished our beautiful roof in 2 days. Communication from the business was excellent and friendly. And we were extremely impressed by the work ethic of the crew. Our property was cleaner when they left! A new roof costs a lot of money and it's a big decision. We're glad we chose Mountain Roofing. We had a tree fall on the roof during the snow storm creating a leak in the roof. I googled local roofing companies and just started going down the line and calling them all. Mountain Roofing was the first company that was willing to come out for an emergency call. They were out within a few hours to tarp the area. Had gutter guards installed on our house. They were on time and installation went with no problems. They left the area clean and were very friendly and easy to work with.

Donnie came up and did a thorough inspection (no charge).
He gave me a detailed report and quote including pictures.
His crew (brother, son, and step son) was fast, competent, friendly, and meticulous in cleaning up after.
Their quote was lower than others I received and they did not pad it with extras.
The finished product speaks for itself.
My neighbors need a roof. They saw the job Mountain did and they signed up.
